It is, Sue, and so glad I live near. There is a lovely small waterfall and pond, with fish, cacti and succulents, banana trees, etc., and no entrance fee. I often visit just to see the plants at different times of the year, and to see what the Council Parks Dept does with the ever-changing bedding and underplanting.
