These are native plants, they grow all over the rocks, this group of plants was saved by residents

I'm not sure if it is Yucca, but you already know I'm not an expert in botanics.... not even close :o)
It's native for sure, it grows pending from the rocks... very high to have been planted... so i guess my supposition is right about their wildness.
They also have sharp leaves, while taking one of pictures found myself with some blood in my righ arm shirt...
Fortunatelly they are not poisonous.

I'll put money on it...that this is a Yucca species. Yucca species are very easy to identify by their flowers and pointed leaves.

It is a native Yucca? It looks very similar to Yucca gloriosa which grows wild here in San Diego.
