This little pot is stil holding it's colour, it's the largest one by the Pigeons. I was wondering if I pointed the wall next Spring and repainted it, then wrapped some wire around the drainpipe, I could grow a climber in a tub to wrap around the horrible pipe and it would disguise it - do you think that would work!!

If you look at Fluff's blogs and pictures Pam, she has climbing/creeping plants called Morning Glory, which creep around everything. If you don't get much sun here, maybe it would be possible to plant some in a pot around the corner and then attach string or some such thing from the pipe around to the pot and train them, so they'll eventually go up the pipe. If you PM Fluff, I'm sure she'll be happy to advise you :-)

Still a nice display in this pot. I think the climber would work well. Give plenty of air between the pipe and the wiring in case the pipe is cold or hot sometimes.
