Yes, they have very showy bluish-purple flowers. This plant I've had in a pot for many years...one day it will go into the ground. It was given to me by a friend as a cutting.

It spreads & is so easy to propagate --- wandering jew family --- that I would encourage you to put it in the ground to make a 5' x 5' clump! Love blue...

Yes, your correct...they can actually grow much larger -- up to 7 feet tall...and develop large clumps.
