Must look wonderful then such lovely colours for this time of year.

They have been like this since July but a friend of ours has had them going longer!

Some times its how long the sun is on them to where you live and where they are planted, I have 2 golden rods on the same side of the garden, one is by my house the other is along side the house the one by my house flowers quicker than the one down the side of my house.

Me too. It's really dark in there mate and I hated hiding it from my family and friends. thought they would laugh and mock me or worse....shun me.

But, in fairness, everyone has been really supportive after some initial sniggers and some are even a little impressed with me knowing the names of some of the flowery things.

It's nice finally being out.......LoL!!

Off to Sainsburys and Homebase now for half hour. Ali promised to ccok me a lamb dinner and she wants some netting to cover the veg planters to stop felines pooping in them over winter!!
