Thats a fantastic idea, it's a pity our local council is tight with their money because that would be such a good idea in our local park, we only have the main walkway through and people with walking difficulties cannot really appreciate the flora and fauna, I will suggest this but I think I know the answer already.

I think you will come up against a brick wall.What about access to public buildings.

You are probably right there Pitta, although reliable access for disabled people is supposed to be in situ in all public buildings here in England, I am sure that covers the scooters too, I was thinking of the local parks as there is only the walkway through the park that is accessible, a good track into the planted areas would not go amiss.

I live in a small town and the council rate base is small , decent roads are lacking in lots of places , not much hope for scooter tracks etc.
