I use to make flower arrangements with statis you can get it in different colours you can buy it dry.

Statice, as Morgana says - easy to grow in the garden too.

My dad used to grow statice so my mum could dry it and she hung it in the kitchen, very nice.

Yep, that's what I used to do, and helichrysum too - tried the coloured mix of statice with yellows and pinks in, but I have to say, this lilacy blue is definitely the best.

Statis hang it upside down and it will dry and stay like this.
