Is this a begonia?

Rex begonia, Cat. I love them. Still settling this one in too.

I'll link it with those in my garden. You can view them all at once. I haven't had it live past 20 months, I may have to cool it and let it rest now and then to keep it going. Still testing.

My mother dug up and brought in her outside begonias in every fall and replanted them every spring..I imagine letting them cool and rest is a good idea...

These are a bit different, not sure if they are like tuberous begonia. But that is my best guess. They do flower and rest about three times before that 20 month mark.
