Arctic willow or purple osier has wonderful maroon stems and very narrow blue green leaves. Nana obviously is the dwarf form, naturally globe shaped to about 6 ft.

This is what they planted outside my work this year. I hope it is very arctic. hasn't lost leaves or changed color at all. It is a very pleasing shape.
