Lilac Tree?

The tiny little front garden which I have been told is taken up with a lilac tree? Would love to know if this is correct although I know it is a bit of a distant picture!

It does LOOK like a white lilac, Numbaten....just DON'T chop it down until you know for certain! As Spritz says, we need a closer shot, though this won't be possible until it flowers next year!
What a pretty pink house! Hope you'll be very happy there.
