Prostrate form of an autumn and winter flowering Australian shrub, requiring a well-drained acid soil, low in phosphates, in full sun. Should take -7C when established although heavy frosts may cause damage.

It's pretty.
I've seen some low growing ones in the garden centre i use.
Is your soil acid or have you just enriched that area ?

Michaela - how long have you had this? I'm wondering how it will cope with a heavy soil if we have a wet winter
Louise - my soil is slightly acid but I have incorporated grit as well to ensure really sharp drainage

I have that, I wondered why it was flowering now, I looked it up, it is growing in heavy clay soil happily at the moment.
