Lovely wild one of these, growing in the the hot 110F sand in a campground! I was amazed it was thriving there.

Looks like Tradescantia andersoniana 'Blue Stone' - Virginia spiderwort. Just love the colour of these.

Thanks for the comments. It was fantastic looking. Just sprouting around the 'facilities' at a campground outside Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park in Utah. Blooming happily and obviously without care. It was only in this spot so it could have been planted.

It's a tradescantia, an American native (although this looks like a cultivated variety)
