Rbtkew, can you please I.D, this plant for me? I hope it's a
clear enough photo to identify! Thank!

It's a shrub which grows to about 6 feet / 2 meters tall and little wider. There's many growing in the parks here...I'll take a clearer photo with a close up of the flowers (which are blue and pink).

A clearer picture would help Andy and whats its habit? height, spread etc.
