Hi Holly. I put a question up earlier about this and I've just posted this picture so show the base of the tree. Its just that the smaller branches arent curled.

The base of this plant looks nothing like S. tortuosa - it's usually a small tree when you buy it and has contorted and twisted branches at the top. I'd say even the base of this plant looks nothing like it either, those are just bent branches, not typical of tortuosa at all. Definitely a dud.

yes mine i bought 2 years ago as a small tree.... the branches are very twisted......it has grown quite tall.........
