Yes I've seen pictures of the stricta flowers - they're quite lovely. Mine gets a pinky-white flower.

There's many varieties of Cordyline stricta available
now...even some with very dark burgandy leaves.

I have a palm lily that is native to north Queensland - the cordyline cannifolia and I do love the little flowers it gets ... and the bright red berries.
