I get cross when he tries to drink dirty rain water from the wheelbarrow - at least this is clean! LOL.

Oh - that red can - he chewed the spout when he was a puppy! I'd forgotten that! :-D

My Smokey always drinks rainwater, mostly a dirty puddle, as to be something in the rain they like, but on saying that i very often think if you wont to drink rainwater i fill his water bowl out of the water butt, and still goes and drinks out of dirty puddle.

Thirsty work all this gardening....

LOL. I put a bowl of clean water outside in the summer, but that doesn't usually get touched, either! Cans, the stream, puddles, the wheelbarrow, an old lid, anything! Daft dog. :-))

I have FIVE cans by this tap, Bb - I use them all! (I am really clever at balancing one on my head!) LOL.

Of course, the rose from the red one doesn't fit on any more. I don't even know where it is!

Yes - I'd forgotten what he got up to! He actually chewed up one of those kneeling mats - he just wouldn't leave it alone, so husband smacked him for the first and very last time. H. went into the flowerbed and wouldn't come out! It was just AWFUL. Never again!

A stern voice saying NO usually enough to do the trick ?

Now, yes - but not then! It taught us all (H. too...) a horrible lesson on how NOT to train a dog! :-(((
