Thankyou Drc built are own house 8 years ago on old allotment land, quite heavy clay, but is good soil suppose because its been improved over the years when used as allotments, lucky me :-)

Thanks Dawn, is a bit rampant in some parts of the garden, but for some reason quite well behaved here, love it.
