Viburnum farreri 'Nanum' - 2009

A dwarf viburnum only getting to three feet. But it takes time to settle down and start flowering; mine is eight years old now and although it flowered a little last year, this is the first year it has been plastered with buds

Our garden could cope with that, as it is a dwarf form.
