This plant is native from south america, very common in Amazonas. Nowadays is used as "shadow" trees, planted along the streets

It is lovely, a good shade tree, it seems to be wrapping it arms around its undersides. I would feel wrapped in a cocoon beneath it. Wonderful shape.
