This Vintage rose is big and beautiful, with different shades of pink, turning into soft apricot, and orange. It has a lovely spicy fragrance. When it first open it's petals the hover flies fly in and spent long period of time in the centre, just wallowing in the nectar.

Yes, the picture was taken this summer, just as it was going dark, after the rain had stopped falling.
