Star Magnolia Bud

Ah! The promise of spring.

This has been on the Magnolia 4 ages now Toto :)

My magnolia has some of these and also had some seed pods. I have planted the seeds but nothing has happened yet although I am trying to be patient :)

Is this deff a Flower Bud then Gee? :)

It's got it's fur coat on for the winter , keeping it cosy .........

OMG not the real stuff Amy :( I think fake looks just as good & has caused no animal pain :)

I'm pretty sure these are flower buds, Jacque. The others opened to show a red seed!
