An ornamental ginger . foliage grows to 6 ft , flowers appear at branch terminals. attracts ants.

I have Costus barbatus which looks almost identical to
Costus spicatus.

Costus barbatus is one I would like to get .

Costus barbatus does have a flower cone which is double the size of Costus spicatus. Although, the flowers are yellow and look exactly the same. I have posted several Costus barbatus in the past. : > )
