Motinot - they need moderate light as direct light will make the leaf less colourful. They also need high humidity ... so you can increase the humidity by placing the plant on a tray of pebbles, placing it around other plants, placing it near an aquarium or misting it with soft water daily.

They also need warm temperatures - 60 to 70 degrees F. One more little suggestion - they like room temperature water ... they don't like being watered with cold water!!! Don't let it dry out ... they like being a little bit dampish (not soggy).
