Great shot! It look like Alocasia metallica...I had a huge one in my front yard when I live in the San Francisco Bay Area which grew very large. It will eventually grow very tall and wide. The flower should have nice sweet fragrance also.

I've alway liked the purple back of the leaves on this species. I have Alocasia plumbea which has dark purple on both sides of the leaves...it's native to Jamaica.
