More snow

What a lot you still have Elke. When does it usually start to thaw?

Oh goodness, Pottygardener, this is only the second major fall this year - we haven't even started yet!! We begin to see the ground again in mid-April...
Although down here on the coast, it does melt away in between storms, whereas in Montreal, where we lived for 35 years, it stayed and stayed and stayed... Great for outdoor sports, though.

Oh my, you've a way to go yet then Elke! I guessed you would have snow for some time there. You must really look forward to April then, at least if it melts between storms you get the chance to see some green before then. :-)
