Thank you Amblealice and Fressiaperson. No, I don't own any birds. I believe all brids should be free to fly. I just love to capture their images. There are four goldfinches on my feeding station right now.

Thank you Clarice. Yes, he stole my heart. This was another very lucky shot. I saw him flying to the fence, and inched through the crowd to be in a position to take a shot. He landed and closed his wings before I could click the shutter, and then he opened them again, just in time!
