Cracking little Den. with lots of small flowers. I've put a biro in to the photo to give a sense of scale.

I'm thinking of giving this a spell outside this summer too if we get a half decent shot at it this year. Just trying to work out where they'll avoid the worst of the sun.

There's many of these orchids growing on the trees outside at the San Diego Zoo...they seem to get quite a bit of sun with no ill effect...however, they're outside all year.

LOL! Yes, there's several species of orchids which grow outside here in San Diego, CA. This is the time of year the majority start blooming.

This went outdoors this year and I got lots of new growth, which is where these bloom from.
