Campanula

Your campanula was lovely last year, and looks like it is going to do well again.

Thanks TT. It was such a wonderful surprise to see it flowering as I honestly thought it would've died over the months - let's see how it is in May ... can't wait ... I really don't like these wet miserable winter months ....

Then don't visit Britain for a while. LOL.

It's funny you should say TT that as I'm coming over for a fortnight at the end of February/beginning of March .... forecast ?????

From the end of February into March the UK will have wall to wall sunshine with a steady temperature of 75 degrees F......

....but when you are here in Britain, that would always make the whole of the UK seem very sunny. :o)

Thanks Tasteyg - I was worried about it still being alive after being away for so long, as the timer on my Gardena sprinkling system broke, which meant it (and the rest of the little garden) had very little water during the winter. Although I needn't have worried, as I have two lovely neighbours Rosanna and Ottavia .... !!!

I can't tell what it is growing from. Wall? Pot on wall? Anyway it is really pretty.

Glad you like it Ione. It's actually growing down the wall Ione with its little roots embedded in the cement! There are some better pics of it in full bloom in my older photos.

How interesting! I thought it looked like it was growing in the rock, I just didn't realize it would actually do that. It's just lovely.
