I must admit I was very proud of Conker that day ...
.. the grass was clumpy, and the weather was very windy.
Conker soldiered on with his gardening performance ...
... he so loves doing his tricks

... and this was August 2009..... Conker had already completed about 2 months of his weekly chemotherapy treatments which carried on until mid-November ..... but we went out for the day and enjoyed ourselves at the charity dog show...... :o)

Thanks, Hijuju....yes... I think at the time I was still shell-shocked from the diagnosis of Conker's cancer. He is only 5 years old...

He currently goes back to the vet clinic every couple of months for a check-up. Conker has a one in ten chance of the cancer NOT coming back.... I'm doing my best to keep positive and we are enjoying every day together.....
