Thanks! It is one of my favorite plants! This plant is third generation from my original plant purchased 14 years ago...which was left at my other house...luckily I gave a cutting to my old neighbor (a friend) -- which in turn gave me this plant 3 years ago. Over the next couple of months it should be blooming much better.

Is it purfumed Andy?

No fragrance from this plant. It's just all about the beautiful flowers which will be opening soon. : > )
