are they quiet hardy?? these are pink red & white im waiting for yellow & cream ones to arrive soon. Also do they flower well

Oh Nice.....I have an Oleander too, which I had kept in a pot until last autumn and then I planted it in the border........Just hope its surviving this horrible winter.......Lol
