Monstera deliciosa - Split-leaf-Philodendron is more widely grown. Monstera friedrichsthalii - Swiss Cheese plant needs more protection from sun and wind.
I recently acquired a small plant. It will go into the ground in the front yard on a pole of the shade structure which will soon be built.
