So delicious Weatherwise I love them made as a sauce to spoon over Vanilla icecream, yummy.
8oz Blueberries
3oz castor sugar
1 tablespn Lemon juice
1 tablespn Gin
Put blueberries and lemon juice into a saucepan over a low heat until juices start to draw, stir in castor sugar st cook for 1 - 2 mins more until fruit is totally soft.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Stir in Gin and chill.

Wow! Will have to try this recipe, Stroller!! Wonder if I could replace the gin with a small measure of rum? :-))

No harm in trying David however I think Rum would be a bit heavy and overpower the blueberries.
