Thanks Gee. This was a downsizing layoff. Purely not enough money they say. I was union so least senority loses out regardless of performance. Anyway, keeping head up, maybe a greenhouse needs a new manager or something..... :-)

I have the same problem lol as if the light is reflecting back, I ve only managed one good photo at night so far
