Un-named crocus

This large striped crocus just appeared in my garden this year i did not plant it and i do not think the birds would bring me a bulb, so it is a mystery, but a welcome one, it is beautiful.

The darker stripes on this make me think it might be "Pickwick", but am no crocus expert (or any expert, for that matter).

Stunning, wherever it came from.
There's a virus which affects tulip bulbs & causes a colour change as I recall, but I don't know if it affects crocus bulbs too.
