Pacific Beach, San Diego,CA on St. Patrick's Day

Pacific Beach on a hot day in San Diego with all the spring breakers...this will last the whole month of March. By this weekend this beach will be so crowded you want be able to see the sand. As it's suppose to continue very warm through the weekend into next week.

Hmmm, spring break !
Those two words seem to mean hellishly busy everywhere ..... when i lived in Florida it was 'certainly' the case :-(

Yes Mushy, we rose a few tropical degrees above that here too ..... lovely !
I love the sun and heat - errr, warmth ;-)

Wow! That's still really cold! Not sure I would consider 12 degrees C. tropical. LOL! : > )

It was 86 degrees F. / 30 degrees C. here today...the beaches were around 83 degrees F. / 28 degrees C. That's a little more tropical Palmate. : > )

Yes, there always seems to be some problems at the beaches during the spring break period. Ahhh...to be young again! : > )

We do need the spring breakers though...the tax revenue they generate is very good for our local economy. I just hope they go home after they spend their money! LOL!!!

So true Delonix ...... about the revenue earned, i didn't say that because i thought you'd all think me very dull, you can say it though and you don't sound dull at all !

I would never think you very dull. Being an accountant...I know a thing or two about finance and economic conditions. : > )

Unfortunately, with our "Great Recession" all our businesses need as much income as possible. San Diego's budget (or lack of it) is in such bad shape!

I live in a seaside town, Delonix and it's the same here .... we need all the visitors we can get, it's lovely when they leave in the late summer though ;-)
This recession's a killer :-/
