fantastic colour

Oh I love this one Elke. The colour is so tropical. I am growing a white one with a dark pink centre from seed. It has just grown two main leaves from the baby ones, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that it makes to the flowering stage.

I'm sure it will. Just be careful not to move the pot once the buds are showing. I used to turn mine so the new blooms faced the room instead of the window (so we could enjoy them), and I found that all the new buds dropped off almost immediately... Finally I realized my mistake! I've never tried growing from seed - let us know how it goes, won't you?

I will Elke... Thank you for the tip. I am so thrilled that the seed has germinated, and if it reaches maturity, I will be well proud, if it flowers, well that will be picture perfect. Have a lovely weekend.
