This apartment complex has around 20 species of palms growing around it. I met the owner who gave a little tour. :>)

A lot of variety then there all in one place that was nice of the owner to give you a tour how nice .

Yes, it was nice of the owner to give me a tour...he actually saw me taking these photos. He just happen to be a the property checking out a few things...I lucked out. :>)
