This is where you have the advantage over us your much warmer there ours haven't even woken up yet and feeling how cold it has gone again they won't bother for a while....LOL...:o))))

Maybe in couple more weeks your Wisteria will bloom?
I've still seen some Wisteria in bloom here...these are ones facing the north...however, the ones I've seen facing west or south are completely done blooming and are fully leafed-out.
