These tulips have extremely short stems, uniquely shaped petals and beautiful stripey leaves. This bed is exposed to full sun and a fern died last year. So I planted lavenders instead. (Please forgive me for the shade in the picture)

I'm afraid I don't know. I bought them at a local market and those didn't come with its spec. Really sorry.
