The market is being flooded with new ones just now Sticki. I had a look on Crocus website and there are some gorgeous new ones on there. All different colours, frillies, picotees, doubles, ruffles etc. I have some seeds of fancy ones outside the greenhouse, so I'll be really chuffed when they germinate. My GC has been selling a new pink one, but I'm not all that impressed with it at £17 per plant!! This 'double lilac' is lovely, but not really lilac I would say. Lovely though. I hope it grows a bit next year as it's only the same size as last year.....

some of mine that were tiny last year have really grown but the bigger ones havent done so well ~ never know what will happen in the garden i suppose ~ maybe its those surprises that we like??

A nice surprise in my garden always gives me a real thrill!
