Garlic beds.

Do the bottles scare birds away?

I was thinking there must be birds with the netting. The bottles are very interesting. What are they doing? :-)

I have a lot of squirels that dig, along with foxes and cats. Birds I can handle, the pidgeons are annoying though.
My mum used to use cd's hanging, to scare the birds away.
They also stop me taking my eye out or stabbing my behind when bending.
I could use corks, but I would have to drink lots of wine.

Ha ha....your comments made me giggle T&T... I used to use CDs to scare birds away from my runner beans....until my neighbour complained they were reflecting flashes of light into his house! Ah, well, back to the drawing board!
