Primula Marginata ?

This is my little primula now in flower. 4.4.10 The leaves are more like the ones in the top left mealy covered. There is also a white ring of mealy (powdery) at the base of the petals

It is supposed to be that way, like a dusty miller (primula auricula) if you are familiar with that one. The leaves are thick and fleshy and look as they have a fine white powder on them.
