Unfortunately the wind is still coming from the North so it still is quite chilly especially out of direct sunshine ...
According to the met office its about to change over this weekend and we should reach the dizzy height of 20-22 degrees ..Very tropical for us....:o))))

I'm glad to hear it's warming up for you! It must a great feeling after such an unusually cold winter.
We've been having very strange weather here in San Diego. Last Sunday it was a nice warm 80 degrees F./ 27 degrees C. then a freak storm came up from Mexico bringing us warm subtropical rains. The next day it was warm and dry through Tuesday...then all hell broke loose! An an extremely rare cold front from the Gulf of Alaska came down and has been giving us heavy rains, hail, strong winds and thunderstorms with 15 degree below normal temps...it's still affecting us -- maybe until tonight. It even has been snowing up in the mountains. The Meteorologist don't remember the last time it snowed in the mountains this late in the year. Kids had a snow day in the mountains above 5000 feet/ 1524 meters elevation. On Mt. Laguna (6000ft/1829m) there's 12inches/ 31cm of snow...which is very impressive, rare even for the middle of winter. That's what an El NiƱo year does to us. : > )
