Gee i've been taking asda's vitamin c tablets for a few years and never seem to get colds any more some times feel i've got one coming but it does not develope into a cold.

That's worth a try, Clarice. I don't get one very often, thank goodness.

Funny enough when i started taking them it was about this time of year as i was sick of getting cold after cold, i take them all year round Gee, and i get the full strength ones.

yes Pgardener, he lives on the bench outside the back door so i smile everytime i go outside :0)
