Bamboo is a swear word in my garden ! It was a Phyllostachus type and became a 'Triffid' . Others love them. lol

This one is confined between the edge of the raised bed and the path over next-doors fence, then the house is on one side and a drain cover blocks its escape route on the other side! Get out of that! But it's not too spreading and I chop off any arching root/shoots.
