Nitrogenous nodules on a leguminous plant. The tiny white nodules are a tolerant parasite living in the roots making the nodules which are full of nitrogen. Should they be on your peas they will help in the growth of the plant.

Interesting shot. I like to put peas and beans in containers so I can mix it all up each spring and refresh the nitrogen this way. Had a hard time getting past the vetch. It is a horrible noxious weed here.
