Begonias in boxes in April

This is how we over winter our begonias. Some are four years old now - they started off very small and are now very large! We keep the boxes in the garage and when the shoots are getting big we put them in large, individual pots filled with compost and put them against the fence where they are protected by shrubs. Eventually, they are placed amongst the shrubs, still in their pots but with bamboo arches to support them.
