Thank you Karen the light blue is cuprinol 'forget me not' and the dark blue one is cuprinol 'iris' -are you impressed with my memory?. I only know because I have to get some more next week to paint the back fence again :-)

Oh, have fun with that! Last winter I painted the whole of our fence and it was extremely tedious!! Still, only have to do it once every five years or so. Last week I painted the new arch and the greenhouse and they are looking mighty fine so I feel very virtuous every time I look at them....just natural colour though, no nice blue!....maybe the shed.....watch this space!

It does look good when you paint things doesn't it Karen. I bought a paint sprayer but haven't used it yet still using a wide paint brush for the fence :-)

Oh....ah.....well.....yes, I bought one too, but when I tried it out...mmmm....not good! hope yours works better. I think I may have had the wrong kind of paint because it went on in big splodges rather than a fine spray, so I had to paint brush over the whole thing....and the mess!! Ended up doing the whole thing with a brush!

Sounds like you had a right old mess! Can you adjust the nozzle on it Karen by screwing it perhaps ? :-)

yes you can!....no improvement! I binned it! I like an old fashioned brush anyway Richard. I find doing something so mind-numbing can be quite meditative!
