late summer to fall blooming...lemon yellow bell like flowers and interesting seedheads...hardy to zone 3!

thanks Milky, Janette and Gt.... I have high hopes for this.... have a clemmie from a friend that weathered a period in a parcel...it's looking fine, made it thro the winter and is still ok...and I have another called General Sikorski which I wintered indoors as well...going to put them all near each other...in their pots...so that I can lift them if need be...
